To promote the exposure of emerging artists and their works globally using a combination of PR, marketing and public presentation in both real-world venues and the Art eXposed website. By blending a grass-roots local marketing effort with the world-wide reach of the Internet, the artist and their work will be exhibited in a manner that promotes recognition and sales.
This will be accomplished :
Our reputation is important to us, we are certain you will love your new artwork. If for any reason you wish to return your art simply notify us at returns@getartexposed.com, within five(5) days of original delivery. We will arrange for return shipment and upon successful receipt refund your full purchase price, less shipping charges. Refunds are processed within thirty(30) days of receipt of the return shipment. Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment you used to purchase the artwork. All returns must be in their original condition, free from damage or wear. Please note that we cannot accept returns of commissioned pieces, pieces originating outside the U.S., or pieces shipped outside the U.S.
Each piece purchased at getartexposed.com is shipped to you directly from the artist's studio. Most pieces ship within 72 hours of purchase. However, due to circumstances such as artist availability, shipping times may vary.
Some items will require special handling and packaging and there may be additional shipping costs for these items. If this applies to an item you are ordering the costs will be reflected in the shopping cart prior to checking out.
Our carrier of choice is UPS; therefore we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
If you have questions or concerns about shipping please email us at info@getartexposed.com. If we are not able to deliver artwork within 4 days of the date of order, we shall notify the buyer by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery;
Artwork will be shipped upon receipt of payment;
Deliveries will be made UPS to the address stipulated in buyer's order;
Buyer will ensure that someone is present to accept delivery;
Buyer will be responsible for all fees after artwork leaves Artist's and in case not delivered due to buyer's absence at the time of delivery;
Delivery will be in installments if the order is for more than one artwork and all artworks are not available at the same time for delivery;
We reserve the right to refuse any sale for any reason;
Art eXposed,LLC will not process credit cards or sales it deems fraudulent;
Artwork will not be shipped to any destination we deem questionable or fraudulent;

Art eXposed is an easy means for local artists to get exposure on the Internet and with local businesses and art enthusiasts in their communities.
